4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons melted butter
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees for five minutes.
- Cut each potato to create ¼ inch slices. Be careful to ensure the knife cuts through only the bottom half, with the top of the potato intact.
- Mix butter, garlic, olive oil and paprika in a bowl.
- Brush the mixture over each potato, including into the slits.
