Melted dark chocolate
Sprinkles, nuts, sea salt or candies
1 cup of melted butter
1 cup of light Karo syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups brown sugar
1 can sweetened, condensed milk
- Wash and dry apples.
- Insert a popsicle stick into the top of each apple.
- Combine the corn syrup, brown sugar, condensed milk and melted butter into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Turn to medium, stirring consistently, to 240 degrees on a candy thermometer. Pull the pan off and add in one teaspoon of vanilla.
