From the Kitchen: Watermelon Popsicles

3 ½ cups seedless watermelon, cubed
5 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup coconut milk
13 ounces kiwi
1 tbps mini chocolate chips

  1. Combined watermelon, two tablespoons of sugar and the lemon juice to a blender and puree. Pour into 10 popsicle molds, filling each about 2/3 of the way full.
  2. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top.
  3. Push the chips down into the popsicles, you want to be able to see them from the side once they are finished.
  4. Cover with lids, insert popsicle sticks and freeze for four hours.
