3 ½ cups seedless watermelon, cubed
5 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup coconut milk
13 ounces kiwi
1 tbps mini chocolate chips
- Combined watermelon, two tablespoons of sugar and the lemon juice to a blender and puree. Pour into 10 popsicle molds, filling each about 2/3 of the way full.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top.
- Push the chips down into the popsicles, you want to be able to see them from the side once they are finished.
- Cover with lids, insert popsicle sticks and freeze for four hours.
