Whiskey Cake Kitchen and Bar is not only Plano’s neighborhood hotspot for local farm-table cuisine. It also has one of the largest whiskey libraries in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

The chefs at Whiskey Cake work directly with local farmers planning seasonal menus that revolve around what is fresh from farms and ranches at that moment. Being firm believers of slow-cooking and fresh-shaking, Whiskey Cake’s chefs and bartenders make everything from scratch. Why? Because creating quality flavor dictates it.

“We use slow-cooking methods on our live wood grill, rotisseries, and spit because everything tastes better that way” -Whiskey Cake

Whiskey Cake’s philosophy is that by working with Texas farmers and ranchers, they are not just a farm-to-table restaurant but a continuation of the farm within the community.
