1 package large flour tortillas
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup heavy cream
¼ cup Sunshine Lemon wine
A pinch Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
1 ½ cup chopped ham ( I like the cubed ham in packages)
1 – 2 cups thinly sliced onions I prefer white sweet
Preheat oven 375
Mix the sour cream with the cream to thin, plus salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg to taste. Heat in a sauce pan on medium heat until hot. Do not boil.
Slice the onions very thin.
Assemble and Bake:
Place tortilla on baking sheet cook till it starts to get crisp. Remove from oven add the sauce, ham, onions and top with sauce. Bake 10-12 minutes
Garnish with black pepper.
You can also use Bacon or Pancetta instead of ham.
