Buffalo Chicken Beer Dip


1/2 clove garlic (chopped)

1 Large yellow onion (2 cups)

Green Onions (topping)

2 Lemons

8 oz Cream Cheese

8 oz Ranch

8 oz Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo

1 stick Unsalted Butter

S&P Olive Oil

Large Rotisserie Chicken

1 can Nocona Sunset Amber Ale


Brown chopped garlic is olive oil in sauté pan (set aside)

Sauté Onions in same pan using 1/2 stick butter until soft

Add 1/2 can of Sunset Amber to onions let simmer low heat

In saucepan melt 1/2 stick butter, Cream cheese, Ranch, Frank’s, and lemon juice together

Combine ingredients in 13 x 9 pan and bake at 400 for 35 mins

Top with green onion and enjoy with your favorite chip

Don’t forget to pour an extra Sunset Amber to drink!
